The AI Workforce Readiness Sprint is the market-facing entry to BlackArk AI Policy & Workforce Readiness. It gives management a visible AI-use inventory, clear rules, named responsibilities, team training, clear approval paths and an incident response. Target delivery is 7 business days after complete intake and confirmed readiness. The fixed package is available for Romanian companies; Germany and other markets require assessment before any delivery commitment.
